2007 P5 Camp

Hi! I am back from P5 Camp.
During the Camp I tried out lots of activities and games.
They are FUN!!!!!
AW!! We only have 1-2 minutes of shower.
Well, But we have delicious food for our meals! I eat quite a lot.
I am in Group 14 and there are 19 people in my group.
Our leader is Jian Hui .

On the first day, we must assemble in School at 11 am and the teachers will take our attendance.
Then, we will go to Labrador Campsite at 11.30 am and assemble in the hall there at 12 pm.
After that, we have our lunch and Ice Breaking Game from 12.30 to 2 pm.
Then, we playing some games. One of them is Nitro Crossing.
We have to swing like 'monkeys' from one end to another, making sure we won't be caught by the 'crocodiles'.
At 6 pm, we went for Mess Outdoor Cooking. We get to cook our own dinner.
Then we had Sing-A-Long and Night Activity before going for Supper, Shower and Debrief at 10 pm.
Lights out at 11.30.

The next day, I woke up at 6 am.
After getting ready, we went for our Morning Activity from 7 - 7.45 am
Then we have breakfast and Area Cleaning.
At 9.15am, we went to have fun.
The first activity is Challenge Rope Course, but i call it High Rope Challenge.
I like the HIGH ROPE CHALLENGE most.
We will first climb up a pole that is about 2 storeys high.
Then we must walk on a single rope on top of the pole to the other end.
After that, we must climb down.
I was a little scared at first.
I was the first girl to try, fourth person to try that game.
I was also the second fastest person who complete it and one of the five people to complete the game.
After that, we went to eat lunch before getting ready for next activity.

The next activity is Rock Wall Climbing.
I manage to climb finish the Rock Wall.
It was fun too!
After that, we play some games.
The first game is Passing The Hoop.
We must form a circle, then past a hoopla-hoop around without letting go our hands.
We must partner boy-girl. I had to hold Kian Siang's hand.
Jun Wei volunteered to hold Adele's hand.
We managed to complete it in 1 min 6 sec after 3 tries.
Then, we play another game which we get two benches join together and stand on it.
After that, we must arrange our self according to our height and then our birth dates.
We weren't allow to talk.
After some tries, we complete it.
Then, we have seven hoopla-hoops put together with 3 boys and 3 girls standing in them.
We must move the girls and boys to the opposite side.
We manage to complete too!
Finally, we have our Campfire Preparation for the Campfire Night.
During the Campfire, we sing songs and put up performances.

Everyone: Fly kite, Fly kite! Everybody go fly kite! Later gonna lightning strike! BOOM! Choa Da!
After Campfire, we have our supper and debrief before going to bed at 11 pm.

On the third day, after waking up at 6.30 pm, Morning Activity and breakfast, we went for Area Cleaning and Camp Restoration.
Our Group had to clean the Campfire fire box.
It was full of ashes and very dirty.
Then, there is Prize Presentation.
Jarrett got the MOST DISTINGUISHED CAMPER award. RAWR!
Finally, we went home, tired.
I am going to miss this Camp!
