Gah. sick for two days.

All the runny nose and coughing are getting on my nerves. Reminds me of that paiseh incident back in (was is p5? p6?) rulang when I have runny nose and keep blowing into the tissue then walking to the bin so often to throw the tissues that teacher decided to put the bin right next to me -.- and i felt nauseous.

I WANT A LAPTOP D:

BUT MY MUM GO BUY ANOTHER STUPID COMPUTER WHICH HASN'T HAD MSN DOWNLOADED ON IT. Plus I am not use to using the wireless mouse.

Fishy is still in china ): Annie is not online (i dreamt that she went out on a date early in the morning. But well it's just a dream and she is probably still sleeping. At least no more nightmares. for two days) and Charmaine is not replying my sms. GAH NOBODY ELSE TO TALK TO. Ariel isn't online too. I am waiting desperately for someone to talk to me :'(

Forget it. I guess I go do that webpage me and biying and doing. Add some contents or whatever shit and try to figure out what those buttons means.

Plock freaking refuse to let me beat my all-time high score so I am stuck there. my mouse is going haywire. AND DAMMIT I NEARLY BEAT THE SCORE.

Gee. I slept super late yesterday and woke up later today. Used computer for one hour and then realised it's time to go Biying's house.

What we did at her house:
Basically she showed me her room. Lucky her, have two bookshelves :)  Then I got hyper over her tablet PC and kind of irritated her I guess. She played Hit Machine at OMGPOP while I watch and 'marvelled' over how pro she is.(but it's true that she is really good at the game) Then we had lunch. Her mum made cheese pizza, which actually taste delicious except that I got super full because I drank too much orange juice. Ate half of the chicken nuggets which were superb :D

I watch Biying draw manga face (well she got tired so didnt continue). And then we walk to the nearby market and buy bubbletea while she ask me about school and vice versa.

It was raining when mum come and fetch me... :D

I realised that more than half of my posts so far are from p5 and p6 when I anyhow write things so the posts end up sounding childish and lame.

Green tea taste nice... Imagine if I manage to earn 666 trillion dollars (666, number of the devil, erm, six is my favourite number still :) . I FIRSTLY buy a nice big mansion and encourage my close friends and their family to move in with me. Then I build a large zoo a stone's throw away from the mansion which houses all sorts of animals, ranging from common to domestic to eccentric to endangered, excluding cats, tigers, lion and whatever so that is a cousin of cats. Because cats scares me. Then I will be super nice to the animals. Oh wait. Before I build the mansiona and zoo I will purchased a nice island (to build those on) and that island must have clear water, nice weather, blue sky and a clean beach... AHHH how nice... Must have a green tea plantation, high tech places, and nice palm trees... :]

gee...My last day of work/holiday job today. Posting on the office computer now because my work hour is not over yet. Feel a sudden urge to go home. Sincerely hoping that boss would let me off early. Because I am missing the rulang gathering! D:

Well, according to the class blog it is the PSLE results release date and so the ex-rulangnites (like me!) are going back to freak the juniors. But I am still stuck here despite completing all the documents I have to type. So I am probably going to miss the whole gathering (let's hope they organise another one when the results of secondary schools are release, or are they already?). Maybe when I go home by MRT later one I walk home by the rulang route and see if the people are still there. If they are I can stay for a while else my mum would suspect why I am gone for so long.

Just that Fishy is away meaning I have no one to talk to on the phone for 1 hour plus everyday. Me and fishy talk on the phone everyday for more than one hour when we can't use then computer. Eeyer she only told me she is going on holiday two or three days before she went off.

I went to the National Library yesterday and found BLACK ORDER :)

And I read finish The Lost Symbol which mentions 12 December 2012, which in the twoohonetwo movie it was when the world is going to end, but according to the book, the world-is-going-to-end-in-2012 is not supposed to be taken so literally. More like the 'dull' (?) world which stupid people are going to end and by that date humans will discovered that they have extraodinary powers (?) and could accomplish things beyong their imagination, alter the physical world with just their mind power, etc.

I started on the first chapter of BLACKORDER on the MRT just now but it strains my eyes and neck (being tall and all) so i switch to blasting music instead.

I bought a blueberry (!) pancake from Mr Bean at MRT station and felt tempted to eat it on the MRT but fear that I could have gotten caught and fined for bringing food onto the train. Besides, I ate the chicken favoured cup noodle, bought from seven-eleven, at the station and is half-full. So in the end I stuffed it all into the mouth before I went into the office.

GOSH NOW IT IS 12.30 LAO. CAN I GO HOME?\

Haha. Fishy introduced a game to me this afternoon: http://www.omgpop.com/ -- Draw my thing :)

Basically the computer will give you a word which you would draw out and get others to guess it. Then you can create a match and play it with your friends. It was hilarious when I played it with Fishy. She drew weird stuffs. Erm, actually I drew weirder stuffs but oh well...

Fishy is going off at 3am tonight to china and will be back only one week later I guess. :'(

I played the game later in the night with Charmaine, who drew weirdly too, but can say her crocodile is awesome:D She drew a nice crocodile.

But then she was trying to draw roller blades but I thought it was hair -.-

I got my pay for work! XD Tomorrow is the last day of my holiday job and then I would be free to go out with friends. Shall post about how the holiday job went tomorrow too.

Charmaine went offline out of the sudden and Annie is away D:  Fishy is probably sleeping since she have to set off really early tomorrow. Therefore = no one to talk to...

I feel so proud of myself. I finish two more profiles and one profiles special for biying's story (which I unfortunately forgot the name to... Wait i think is it Insanityia) and I am halfway through the first chapter of how Keiko (my character) got to Tokyo and met Biying's character, Shouriu.

Went to watch two oh one two with Fishy, mum and sis last sunday. Fishy keeps wanting to pee during the movie, and to make the matter worse she drank too much coke and can't control her bladder. Meanwhile I was snacking away on tomato favour chipster.

Mum thinks the movie very boliao -.- NONO DON'T BELIEVE HER.

The movie is great and awesome and fabulous. I like the effects :] And there are people dying XD gah I'm sadistic, like to see people die.

Okay so I finish most of chipster before the movie starts.

Movie started with solar flares from the sun, and one can see a bit of other planets behind the sun, in one straight line (later stated in the movie that it was the cause of the global disaster). Then it shows earth in year 2009 (yes this year) when geologist Adrian Helmsley went to visit his friend, Dr. Satnam Tsurutani, in India where he found out that neutrinos from a massive solar flare is heating up the earth's core. And he informed the other leaders of the world who came up with a plan to save some of the world's human population from this disaster so that they can continue the line of humans.

Satnam's wife: "Hey Adrian! I cook your favourite curry!"

Adrian is funny haha: "[Satnam's wife] is getting prettier and prettier but her curry still taste as bad."

Then in 2012, Jackson Curtis, a not very famous author of this book called Farewell Atlantis (!), brought his children, Noah (noah's ark! They called the ship where the lucky people are going to stay in and get safe an ark too) and Lily, to Yellowstone Park where they meet a lunatic, Charlie, who says that the world is coming to an end, making references to the Mayan calendar.

When the ground in Canifornia started cracking, Curtis sensed something amissed and rents a private plane to rescue his family members, along with his ex-wife, Kate's, boyfriend, Gordon. (Realised that Lunatic Charlie plus Gordon equals Charlie Gordon from Flowers for Algernon).

The movie has practically no climax at all because people are dieing every single second and things are exploding and there are tsunamis.

I like the monk Nima! Especially this scene where his granny is chopping the chicken's head off. Yuri sounds like he is speaking with his mouth full of bubble gums. His twin sons look retarded. Tamara and Gordon are damn 可怜, they noth died in the life-saving ark.

Andrian start out a relationship with Laura Wilson, Mr President's (who i think resembles Obama) daughter. And the ending is just people coming out of the ark and breathe in fresh air, so don't like it much, but the middle part with the screaming and explosions and tsunamis are great. I like the effects.

I think they should show gruesome scenes of people dieing, but if they did I guess I can't watch it 'cause rating would be NC16 or something. Whatever I am evil XD

Like those books by James Rollin, especially The Doomsday Key and several other novel. Then there is The Interpretation of Murder which mentions Sigmund Freud, his student (or follower or whatever, i forgot) Carl Jung. I read a few pages of it in Prologue and it mentions Oedypus complex too. There a few books from Vivian, Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult, Take A Look at Me Now by Anita Notaro, which seems interesting. Cheap too, since Vivian is selling them off as second-handed books.

 

#2 Read finish Ariel's TA books and those I borrowed from library
Of course I must read finish Ariel's book which I borrowed for very long already. Sorry Ariel...

 

#3 Read all the fanfics for Vampire Academy and find Blood Promise no matter what -
Although some fan fic sucks, it's frustrating when I read and found out some are on blood promise (which i havn't read yet so don't know what the fanfics are talking about) and whenever I tried to find that book in the library it is always on loan.

 

#4 Finish reading Lost Symbol

That almost fifty bucks book-.- Just read 3 pages.

#6 Practicing fast sketching noses and eyes

Unless I want the people I sketch for art to look like pigs again and get C grade for the sketches again. Well that's what i got for last week. But this also means that during my free time on the MRT or buses I will have to stare at the passengers noses and eyes and try sketching them out(if I have my pencil with me) and freak them out.

And the rest:

1.  Mug Jap (I am not failing it again next year)
2. Improve my english and chinese vocabulary and try to memorise some fanciful flowery phrases, oh yeah, and my spelling too because my spelling sucks, i just realise.
3. Biying's story - write a least three posts in it.

5. The Science Center Human Body exhibition with Annie and Charmaine (Mum sure let me go, hello mum your daughter is being 好学 want to gain knowledge)
6. Escape Theme Park with Annie and Charmaine (since Fishy hates theme parks)
7. Ion Orchard with Fishy and Charmaine, possible chance of eating sushi, after I get my pay, and eat takoyaki with Charmaine (not sure if Fishy likes)
8. Watch 2012, New Moon and some other movies.

Okay so now must finish all the things to do. Other than maybe erm.. the mugging parts.

This is so ahem...

[cheapskate speechday @ rulang]

yesterday...

Woke up at 6am and stared at the ceiling for thirty minutes until my maid tried to wake my sister (who had fever the day before or the day before the day before) and got my sister so pissed off that she shouted "I HAVE NO SCHOOL TODAY DON'T BELIEVE ASK JIE JIE" (walao why everything also me de) at her. 'Cause my sister is always playing jokes on my maid so maid don't believe her.

Then from 7.30am I was playing computer until 9am when my sister complained about me using for too long (once again) so I left home early and go to rulang with dumbdumb annie's bf -.-  who got stomachache from drinking coke (LOUSY) Ate hashbrown at Macs.

At Rulang, I received two or three sms from Fishy asking me if I were at Rulang yet and a call telling me to wait for her at the main gate. At that point of time I was at the hall so I hurried down to fetch the 大小姐. Then we walk around the school trying to find our other ex-classmates who were supposed to come rulang today but instead bump into Mdm Chng, our primary five teacher. That was quite creepy (actually bumping into any form teacher is creepy for me). Mdm Chng told me to inform any 6R people who are coming back today to go to the hall at 10am for photo-taking. After she went off, I got a hard kick on the leg from Fishy. -ouch-

We went over to the main gate again and spotted Jie Min this time so we told her about the photo-taking thing. Me and Fishy bought some cold bottled drink from Rulang which is still as cheap as ever :) and I smelled the pack food beside the drink stall. Smell chicken...

We went back to the hall and make several trips to and fro the hall -to see my Chinese Orchestra juniors  and Fishy's Chinese Dance juniors rehearsing for the performance later- and music room -to see Fishy's juniors and bully one of the bitchy ones-. We saw this little girl who Fishy say she doesn't like so as a good friend, and being hyper that day, I went forward to her and said: "HELLO 你认识我吗？" to which the girl shakes her head and smile, probably thinking I'm a retard. Fishy desperately tried to drag me off so before I went off I noted her colourful eye shadow and said: "你的眼睛好像 RAINBOW 哦！"

Fishy laughed like mad.

So after waiting for approximately 40 minutes, in between I went to see my juniors rehearsing and got spotted by instructors Mr Teo and Mr Goh who give me a shock look and then Mdm Leong the teacher IC who bugged me about why my sister is absent today, me and Fishy went back to the gathering venue and waited for a while before we finally took the photo. Don't like taking photos (especially when its group photos) so was a bit annoyed when they keep retaking.

RULANG IS SO CHEAPSKATE FOR THIS YEAR's SPEECH DAY SEH. I mean i do understand that since next year is the 80th anniversary rulang plans to make next year's speech day very grand and this year's would be simpler, firstly to save up the money for next year and to highlight next year's grandness, but this is way too simple.

It's bad enough that this year's speech day is held in the afternoon, and there are sucky decorations, like, yellow ribbons and blue ribbons against red??

Worst is that they didnt even bother to provide lunch, and we have no table to sit at (WE ARE VIPs!!! actually no but we are important mah) so we have to sit at the back corner and strain our eyes trying to see the performance, which is a epic failure. And they had this stripy green animation I found pretty lame to pass time, followed by speeches, like this one by Yilun, ex-head-prefect (aka vandi-something; they used this cheem word). It sounds very um... cheem, but it turns out they wrote the speech for him, he only have to read it out -.-

After a every-year-the-same-old-thing skipping performance in ugly costumes, we were lead to the backstage in a certain order, RGS girls first :D to receive the plaque from the CIP, some mayor lady whose name I forgot (Fishy's blog said it was Dr Khor). Since Melissa and Stella weren't present yesterday, Mengxue went up first, and I'm the second.

You see, I have stage fright and is hyper-ventilating, legs turn jelly and trembling, and had a sudden urge to pee -.- so I thought I would probably screwed up and faint on the stage. Guess Fishy was annoyed by my constant whining.

So um, I went on stage and shake hands with the lady (by then my hands were covered in cold sweats), took the plaque (damn cheapskate they actually use scotch tape instead of some nice glue), and the lady ask me: "So how's RGS?" as we turn to face the camera (okay i got no idea where it is) . Nervous and all, I didn't realised she was asking me this question until 10 minutes later back in the hall at the chairs so I stammered: Errr... ya....."

Finally went off the stage and me and fishy hurried back to sit at the chair. Legs were still jelly-ish for about 15minutes.

Since they didn't provide lunch, we took some shots of the food outside the hall and went to seven-eleven to buy a nice curry cup noodle. Then we went to Macs and fishy bought double cheese burger, complaining about how she hate pickles, and I bought apple pie.

It looks a bit gross.

We went back to my house, on the way the very-irritating annie's bf called and asked if he can come over to my house to bully my sister, so since it's bullying my sister, I agreed. (he damn guailan just early in the morning tell me phone no money cannot call then afternoon call to ask if can come over -.-)

Unfortunately the plan backfired and my sister and him gang up to bully me instead :/

Meanwhile Fishy hogged the computer and give some ideas to torture me. I tried to hide myself in the toilet because I can't stand the teasings, only to have Fishy banging at the toilet magnetic door and trying to force it open (poor door! D: ) , pretending that she had stomachache and needs to poo.

When I opened the door and came out afterwards she said I didnt took good care of the guests =.= =.=

I send Fishy back home (not entire way back, just until the markets) and walk home, jaywalking cross the road nearly got knock down by the oncoming cars. Car driver screeched at me and shouted.

I told Fishy about it and she replied: Serve you right.

What kind of friend is that??

Back at home in the night we had a pleasant conversation about MJ's psychology (Fishy interested in MJ and me interested in psychology).

Then I slept.

And woke up today and realised that four days of holidays just passed and I was slacking the whole four days D:

Havn't even done a single thing on my things to do list.

I am not exactly a hardcore MJ fan (that's my best friend not me) and in fact my mum don't really likes him. So erm, I am not a fan of MJ but Fishy was at my house that day and she happen to be reading on MJ's psychology which interested me so I read the articles with her. There is one that is really guofen, at least i thought so:

Ahem. I know that you people LOVES Michael Jackson like crazy and would go to extreme measures to keep stuffs of him, but exert some self-control, yeah??

So this is really frustrating. The media is always protraying a negative image of MJ, what for? For money. For money they do whatever they can to ruin someone's reputation. For money they hurt people. For money they maligned people. Although it is not clear whether MJ really did the bad stuffs or not, it is indeed true that the media altered some of the things he said to make him appear evil and bad. It is also true that some of them are shallow people who simply jump to conclusions that because MJ did so many comestic surgeries, and appear to look like a lady, he had gender disorder. Like Ariel said, just so that he did not look like what the western culture expects a man to look like doesn't mean he don't look like a man but a woman.

[surprise; that was so last-minute]

What a pleasant surprise. At 3pm (when me and sister are watching movie), somebody called. So being the one nearer to the sofa I picked up the call, and this erm, don't-know-how-to-describe-voice went: "Can I speak to Xingyue?"

Thinking that it was the ususal cca people, I asked "who are you?" before saying "hi I'm xingyue (because if it really turns out to be the cca people I can lied that xingyue's - me - is not in and say byebye)".

So she went "Hey I'm ANNIE:D"

I thought she wanted to chat, except that I think she is just dismissed from house committee meeting.

Then she went: "Can I go your house now?"

-shock- Annie lives really far from me and it's quite late that time so even if she come she can at most only stay for one hour. Some confusion and then she told me that she is at school now and she will take bus from school to my house. So I tried giving her instructions on where to transfer bus but I got no idea how to describe the bus stop.

So annie decided to call me a while after she get on the bus and then describe the surroundings to me so that maybe I can roughly know where she should alight. She and charmaine (oops forgot to say that charmaine's coming too) called me at the exact moment where they reach the bus stop where they should transfer bus.

And Annie erm, navigated (?) her way to my house, and got lost at one point of time. When she and charmaine finally found my house charmaine feel like killing both me and her (kidding kind of killing - hey! alliteration! :D )

We browse through several unglam pictures of charmaine and then charmaine played a round of 'stress' with my sister and lost terribly. Afterwards annie decided to be a paparazzi and take some sneak photos of her bf who is playing basketball across the road from my house so i lead her there and she hired the awesome photographer (me! jkjk not that awesome) to sneak those photos. Unfortunately due to charmaine and annie's eye-catching buckle shirt and my height we got caught, um her bf spotted us -.-

All the above happened in 40 minutes and annie and charmaine went home after that.

p/s: Melissa sounds like a guy on the phone... no offence. I got freak out when she call me because i was thinking: Who is that person??

pp/s: Getting plaque tomorrow:D for my four Astars XD

Goodness Fishy. That 'freaky' show which my sister got freaked out by isn't 2012 (which i thought we are watching this sunday?) but this 11.00pm show called Forest Of Death. Which isn't at all freaky (well that's what i think).

However, my sister got so creeped out by this show that she decided to go sleep instead of watching it with me. But i manage to persuade her to stay with me until halfway through the show (at this part where a second body is found and there is some board thing pinned to the tree nearby so the policewoman went to find this guy at the station) when my mother return home and demand to know why my sister refuses to sleep when she looks exhausted. Turns out that my sister is afraid to go to bed because 'a ghosh might eat her up while i am watching the show outside in the living room, or she might just die in her sleep' -.-

So I couldn't finish watching. But according to annie it wasn't that nice anyway.

Gah. My first day of peaceful holiday at home without sister and brother irritating me. As you see, my sister is primary three so school holidays applies to her. As for my brother, he is going to primary school next year so he will have school holidays this year too. If it is only my sister at home then I am still able to 'bribe' her not to tell mum how long I have been using computer (which is one whole day). But if my brother is at home too, with his big mouth, both me and sister will be banned from using computer T.T

And sister plus brother equals noise which annoys me.

I wonder if fishy's awake yet.

term 4 #45

aka LAST DAY OF SCHOOL AND TORTURE XD

Art fest finally over too. Heck those le. Holidays officially starts and I can finally have some time to sleep (having headaches more frequently now and sometimes gets very dizzy, probably due to lack of sleep).

I bought this ultra cute crocheted brown rat for 5 dollars :]  (Grace laugh at me because in one of the poster i drew I mispelled crocheted, I wrote 'crotched' and then realised that it's the wrong spelling -.-)

I think it was thursday, bought the fondant with all the nice chocolate :)

I pon the last part of today with fishy and carol slacking away at the shaw lab. I played bubble troubles with Carol but keep losing lifes (First time playing).

Afterwards help Annie clear out her locker and I spent 5 minutes trying to get the locker combination right (got confused between clockwise and anti-clockwise).

Fishy came over afterwards. Here's how it happens:

After I cleared out annie's locker, we decided to have cup noodles (I'm eating it quite often recently which is very unhealthy) at Redhill station so we took 132, after 105 (the bus I normally take home) left. Since Fishy is carrying her toy, and I am carrying annie's files, we decided that it is not wise to just barge into Seven-eleven carrying so many things because it would be difficult to cook the noodles, that requires both hands but sadly for we have none available. Furthermore I'm clumsy. So Fishy stayed outside seven-eleven looking after our bags while I take my time inside cooking the noodles. I paid $1.50 in cash and 15 cents using my ez-link card. I guess the lady at the counter recognise me and thinks I'm weird since the last time I bought noodles, I told her that I'm paying 5 cents using ez-link and then give her $2.10 in cash. (Since the noodles cost $1.65, after I pay 5 cents, I still have to pay $.160 so I gave the lady $2.10 and she will give me a fifty cent coin in change)

After eating, I went to top up my ez-link card with the five dollars note and then buy another fishball stick with it. Fishy damn slowpoke so after she finally finish her noodles and we are going to enter the MRT station, her ez-link card had little value left and she can't go into the station, which equals she can't go home. That's when she started blaming me for not lending her the five dollars -.-

But her awesome friend who had the habit of memorising bus routes when bored figure out how to take bus from redhill back home, except that we have to take two bus (take one then transfer to another).

Now the problem is how to get pass the road to the bus stop, because it was raining quite heavily. While fishy and me stare at the bus stop trying to figure out a way, this lady asked if we need help and say that she guarantee can help us. I told her we need to get pass the road and she shake her head, saying: "Oh this is that one thing I can't help".

I guess that lady thinks we are trying to get somewhere and got no idea what bus to take. Underestimate me /:

We still got home in the end but out pinafore and fishy's toy got wet.

At my house we read on the personality disorder (and I think fishy got narcissitic disorder) while my sister played boxhead outside.

After sending Fishy off I walk home in the rain and took 40 or 50 minuted to get home, because I took the super long road from rulang back home.

Erm to say the truth I am not a fan of Michael Jackson or whatever because my mum doesn't listen to his songs and since he's 50 years old, and me being a music idiot, plus I only started listening to songs last year end or this year start, so I only know that he is a singer but got no idea how his songs sounds like.

The movie is mainly okay, I admitted that due to my lack of interest in MJ I fall asleep during the first 20 minutes of show but it became more interesting afterwards. Except that the dancers are flat.

Then there is this part where they showed a girl in the woods which instantly reminds me of LRRH (due to my intensive research on this topic) and then MJ appeared out of nowhere so I pointed to him and whispered werewolf to Fishy, who then burst into laughter. (No offence MJ)

And now I know how they filmed horror shows (which - the process -  is quite spastic) so will never be scared of horror shows having people pop out of nowhere, but still scared if face looks distorted.

Out of a sudden want to watch jackie chan shows and rewatch X-men and maybe spiderman :)  Superman is retarded because firstly the guy isn't hot (not that the previous are but i know people who think superman is hot), and he wears his underwear on the outside, plus his powers ain't that amazing since he is from outer space, unlike X-men, which has the sci-fi element and those people have 'powers' due to mutation :D

And then watch huangzhenyi with fishy :)

Ah the thing is finally cleared out.

TODAY WAS BORING BORING BORING (though way better than going back home but still...). I see no point of olympics day(as always with other post-exam-activites). C'mon WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT MOVING THE ART FEST DATE FORWARD SO THAT THOSE RGS IDIOTS DONT HAVE TO PUT SO MANY USELESS AND TIME-WASTING ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO DRAG UNTIL ART FEST AND WE CAN ALL HAVE AN EARLIER HOLIDAY (and no cca either:] )

Argh.

Olympic day is so redundant. What the hell. Wth's with promoting olympic values or whatever shit.

Should just let us have holidays.

But the shooting game was still fun. Other than the gun was heavy and leg must be straight and body must to perpendicular to table and no shooting or accidentally pressing the trigger unless you aim because the trigger is sensitive (wasted two bullets because i accidentally pressed the trigger while trying to pick up the gun, again, it is heavy. and i have no arm muscle -.-) parts.

But the other three shots all zhong! So i got three bullet holes on the paper/cardboard even though it is no where near the circle. Annie got one in the black area. (Annie got quality, i got quantity!) Nanshan shot one outside of circle.

Went to annie's house afterwards. I change out of house tee into class tee because i have headache and the house shirt is too suffocating and hot and tight.

Went home feeling dizzy -.=

end of my day. Just 4 more days then no more school le :D

TOMORROW NO SCHOOL WOOHOOO. going to watch movie with Fishy Annie and Charmaine :)   Girl's day out!

After a few rounds of screwed up plock game on facebook (beating Grace's score muahaha), I decided to read through all my  old old post back in primary five when I just started this blog during the june holiday (partly because huien started one too and partly 'cause I was ultra bored). Oh god now I feel so paiseh. I so boliao went to dig out other friends' old old post (those first few ones). Okay so started with Huien, who had one long post on the China trip back then in june. HOW COME I DIDNT HAVE THOSE. I can't find a single post on china trip or p5 adventure camp (as in mine la). Okay I couldn't remember what happen then and now I can't even find a single post on that. Heck it.

 

Annie's first few post are funny. She just went 'if you are happy you can go CLAPCLAP' (or something like that) over and over again. No offence annie. Zhixin's one was cute. Fishy sounds so profound and cheem. Realised that she mentions me often in the post. Okay her post mentions a lot of friends in the past, unlike now, eeyer only miss loh and leeminho. Ha no offence fishy.

I got the fan to blow directly at me at power 2 because I am covered in sweat.

Just found out that nokia phones cant vibrate when it is charging. My old sony can.. only getting it back on tuesday. Sister's nokia can't vibrate when i'm charging the battery (what i am doing now) which is why i took damn long to reply bukoh. I don't use ringtones, but i guess even if i do I wont hear a thing.

Back last year or primary five, when i first got my first ever phone (an super old nokia one which unfortunately ends up in the washing machine after 4 months because I left it in the jeans pocket. Got severely reprimanded by my mother for being absent-minded and blur - as always), I didn't use ringtones because back then, no one actually use a handphone and me having a phone is only because my mum need to contact me in times of emergency and to reward me (since i got into 5R).

And because i don't use my phone much after 6 months when the prepaid card was about to expire I had hardly used any money. That's when Huien started using it to text people (mum encourage and say i should be more socialble like Huien. If only she know who Huien was texting).

So anyway after my old phone went down the washing machine I got my second phone (another nokia which my mum once used). I didn't use ringtones then because the sound system was somehow damage and even if i set ringtone I can't hear anything. Plus the battery is always going flat.

Then I got my sony (which i smashed a few days ago). For once I set a doraemon (erhum its so not lame lor. Doraemon is cute :D ) ringtone. Then one day while i was on the MRT with Huien (phone on silent mode then), she took the phone and turn the ringtone volume to max.

"LALALALA (neh this is not what the ringtone sounds like)" blasting.

Every pair of eyes in the MRT carriage - including those retards who pretend to be sleeping so that they don't have to give up the priority seats - turn and look at me and Huien, who stare helplessly at the phone. For a moment we both forgot to answer the call. Then huien react and pick up the call (who was from her aunt by the way). By then both our face were red in embarressment. Which is why until now I refused to use ringtones. Not in the near future too.

So much for my phone history.

Art today was fun :]

We drew people, as in pencil sketch real people. Each one of us will draw someone from a magazine and daw them out. My first time doing that. I pick this guy skateboarding in the air while the Huien, Biying, Sarah and Wanqian all pick ladies. Guys are easier to draw because they have no figures, unlike ladies. And since my art teacher is a sick guy who thinks that an hour-glass figure is a must in ladies, he encourage us to draw boobs and butts as big as possible -.-

And when I draw figures, they usually end up in contorted shapes.

So well, I drew the guy's nose like a pig's and way too fat, so biying (who got an Aminus) edit the nose part for me. End up getting B because the man looks like a forty-years-old chickobeh and not a teen skateboarding.

During the lesson, art teacher tried teacher us how to draw human figures and feature, which digress to a 'how to tell if someone is intelligent with good blood circulation' session.

Example: If you eyebrows are longer than your eyes, it means that you have high IQ, reason being the blood circulation in the head is good and eyebrow hair can grow normally and blahblah therefore it also means that person is has high IQ, because there is abundant blood in the brain and one can concentrate better.

Gah the above can't be trusted though.

I came up with a list of things to do during december holidays:

1. Persuade mum to buy me C510. I do not get mum at all. My phone smashed and it's an old brand anyway, plus its the LCD that requires repairing so it would be expensive, then why not just get me a new phone?
2. Buy books - I saw a lot of books that i've been searching for at prologue but got no money to buy them :(
3. 打工 - gonna work and earn some money to buy those books.
4. Take better care of my face -.- Zits bursting out of a sudden are scary. And my mum would stop nagging too. Wait. Strike this off. I hate washing my face.
5. Increase my vocabulary (for both english and chinese)
6. Mug Jap - my jap score is half the median. and joanne's score is probably thrice of mine.
7. Take photos of 20 people's eyes and study them - haha I got no idea study for what but just got this idea.

Like point 5 and 6 are ever going to happen. And point 4 is stupid. I hate washing my face plus I am too lazy le. Heck care acne problems le.

okay my sister and brother are supposed to take a nap but they end up having pillow fights -.-

My brother's kindergarden graduation concert today. Those cute little nursery kids in their kimonos! ahh...

term 4 #40

Firstly, a sum up of my day. I got booked during the secondary four graduation party today for not wearing a tie (Hello I got no idea we had to wear a tie, plus what for? it's suffocating). So there my first ever booking after breaking rules continuously for the past 10 or so months. The sec4s rewrite the lyrics for 'Love Story' by taylor swift and end up sounding even worst (quite creative but i still hate it).

I was anti-social throughout the whole party (until near the end when nanshan commented on it). Reading ariel's transactional analysis (shortform-TA) book. Effing got scolded by this teacher who said I was being rude and give me glares afterwards.

This 110 girl got interested in the book cover (probably b'cause of the title which is "What Do You Say After You Say Hello") and keep looking at it. Later another 110 girl ask to have a look at it and ask me what it is about, so i kindly explained to her without using 'cheem' terms (because according to her the first page is hard to understand). After while she gave me a blank look and ask: So what do you say after you say hello?

Obviously don't get the book.

During class party, I spent the first half and hour or so gobbling up food (Rachel brought sushis XD and bridget brought sausages, yumyum). The chips taste too bland so didnt eat much. I prefer tomato favour though the smell always make me sneeze. Green tea taste weird.

Afterwards annie me and nanshan camwhore for a while (charmaine is sick so wasnt in school today) then they started dancing jive and mass dance. Got the whole class to dance with them. Videos are taken by me, the awesome cameraman :D

Then Mrs Chan join into the dance.

Took class photos (Haiyo play games la dance and take photos for what. 101 played games that counds fun). Grace tried to force my head up so it appears in the photo but didnt succeed heheh. Muahaha. Reluctant to take photo at first since I isnt photogenic. But annie and nanshan want me to join ma...

My results are okayokay. But the teacher comments are kinda funny and unbelievable.

Mathematics - Mrs Sia Wai Leng:

Xingyue is industrious and conscientious in completing her assigned tasks. She takes her work seriously.

MUAHAHA gosh after term 2 I don't even bother doing any math assignments and worksheets le and always kanna scolded by mrs sia for it. Now she said I'm conscientious in completing my assigned tasks.

More comments like active in group discussions (yeah if you consider the nonsensical stuffs i said) and quiet (ask friends I'm ultra talkative and according to bridget tells grandmother stories).

Grace apparently puke when she see this and said that Mrs Sia and other teacher had typo errors or some sortta like this. Hehe i know how to act guai. My character report says that I got an examplary in my 'Abides by school rules and policies part' :D

Am still underweight though :(

Went fishy's house XD

When we climbed up the staircase (which Fishy describe as half a Mount Everest) there is this whistling, which obviously can't be made by the lao ah peh sitting in the corner. There is only a lady (and unless it's louise then no way she could have made the sound). So my only guess is this black bird in the cage. I think it whistle again (it really sounds like the ringtone in my sony phone) and being quite pissed at first (since i hate that ringtone) I said to the birdie: Oi shut up la stop whistling.

Birdie (or whoever it is hidden somewhere replied): Bahahakeksarh jagkfgeaj

Fishy burst out laughing.

I like the blackbird. A black version of tweetybird, except with smaller head, smaller eyes and smaller beak. Fishy thinks I'm crazy because i keep waving goodbye to the bird.

We played computer at fishy's house again. Bubble shooter is getting real boring, so is the spa game which fishy couldn't get pass to the next level.

Oh then fishy and me had a few rounds of naming games, which is basically naming people or things, as many as you can, in a catergory. I forgot mango is a fruit -.-

I went home at 6.20 or something. Took bus back and then stayed at the busstop for 30 hour engrossed in the SNAKE3 game until I realised it was too late le. Plus the phone battery is running flat. My old sony phone battery last longer. too bad the phone is still at the repair shop T.T

I used computer quite late today. EEYER. I thought it was 7.20pm. Turns out the clock spoilt and it is 9pm + when i use computer le.

blur blur me forgot to pass zhixin her present. WALAO SEH. I only remember about the present when we are dismissed, and by then i think Zhixin went off le, so while i tried to chase after her I slipped and fall on a puddle of water, and my butt end up all wet. Paiseh..

TA book ariel lend me:  The Little Red Riding Hood horror.

I swear swear swear that I got no idea the 'hidden' meaning of that story. I got really shock when I was reading the book then there was this part where they briefly touch on LRRH as a script.

Not sure if you guys already knows about this horrible thing (because it is making me feel horribly disgusted) but you can skip the below part if you do.

When I was young my grandparents told me the story (which after researching just now turns out to be the more suitable for children version by Brothers Grimm), it was 小红帽 and my first thought everytime i think of the story is a innocent young little girl in red hood who met a big bad wolf that swallowed her grandma and herself only to be rescued by a hunter who killed the wolf. Totally pure.

After the book and some researching on wiki my image of the supposedly pure story was ruined.

These early variations of the tale differ from the currently known version in several ways. The antagonist is not always a wolf, but sometimes an ogre or a ‘bzou’ (werewolf), making these tales relevant to the werewolf-trials (similar to witch trials) of the time.

The wolf usually leaves the grandmother’s blood and meat for the girl to eat, who then unwittingly cannibalises her own grandmother.

Shock shock lao. Oh god I didn't know it was originally like this. Theme so dark and evil, not suitable for little kids.

Furthermore, the wolf was also known to ask her to remove her clothing and toss it into the fire. In some versions, the wolf eats the girl after she gets into bed with him, and the story ends there. In others, she sees through his disguise and tries to escape, complaining to her "grandmother" that she needs to defecate and would not wish to do so in the bed.

EWW OH GOD. THIS IS REALLY SICK. Ahem... So 小红帽 turns out to be a super sick story of a girl having sex with a wolf. In the really really original version.

The orange parts are ultra ultra sick seh. Eww. Reminds me of those old china drama shows in which this pervert will threaten the girl 'You want die or take out clothes and dance with me??'.

Charles Perrault explained the 'moral' at the end so that no doubt is left to his intended meaning:

term 4 #39

School ending in 8 more days. Zhixin's birthday tomorrow and since she isn't online now, I can erm finally reveal that me, nanshan, charmaine, annie and grace put in money and bought a nice notebook and zig pen for her.

I need inspriration for that ACP poster Sarah ask me to design (since my previous one was quite nice).

Pon all the post-exams activities today. It was raining so we had mass dance in the hall which I pon because my leg hurts. Then spent the rest of the day (recess and art fest preparation) in the shaw lab slacking away with annie and charmaine. Fishy made lots of noise in there.

During mass dance in the hall me and grace sat down in the class rows and K (not her name or whatever) walks over and tap me on the shoulder. I was chatting with grace so I only barely heard someone calling 'Xingyue' and then when i turn around, I saw that it was K. Shock, I literally jumped into the air and move closer to grace and further from K, but K simply apologised (since I really look shock so she thought she scared me when she tap me on the shoulder) and then lean closer to me, asking me a series of question, and i moved further away from her. I do not like people being too close to me. Enjoys my personal space and hates others invading it. Was really relieved when K went off. But during the whole 'conversation' with K, Grace laughed like mad. According to her my shocked expression and reaction is hilarious and simply priceless. Sadistic -.-

Erm then during recess I was so engrossed in this game on charmaine's phone that i followed nicole charmaine and annie all the way to the shawlab, only to realised at the shawlab entrance that I was out of the canteen. So the whole way from canteen to shawlab I was playing the game and did not realised that I was not supposed to use phone once out of the canteen. 光明正大 的 use phone -.-

Lucky didn't get book.

There is class party tomorrow which afterwards we will be getting back report cards. School so stupid, want us to be in high spirits during party then when get back report card emo like siao. Okay I didnt fare well la.

I went to fishy's house after school and we played games for the whole day. Haha Mrs Chan called fishy to tell her about the prize giving thing and she was so freaked out.

term 4 #38

My this week so far was: boring and useless. To start with, last weekend I spoilt

#1 my phone,

-.- in a fit of anger (I couldn't removed the battery cover to take out the battery because my phone hanged so I smashed it against the wall) and the LCD screen is damaged, resulting in one long thick black line and a visible crack on the screen, and the line thickens everyday. Now phone send to repair shop :) and i am currently using my sister's nokia phone (i use sony you see and not use to nokia) :(

#2 the toilet door in mum's room

I slammed the door, and orginally it was supposed to be open inwards but after my door slamming it opens outwards. Okay you don't understand.

Anyway it was miraculously fixed back before my mum returns home from work (i got no idea who did that) but I didn't know at first and stupidly admitted the mistake to my mum. =.- got a scolding.

and #3 erm, something i cant remember.

Bad memory recently.

Have mass dance practice tomorrow and yesterday. I don't get it. They are siaosiao la. Walao the weather is damn hot and everyone is sweating, yet we still have to dance over and over again under the sun while those dance captains and teacher enjoys the luxury of standing under the shade and shouting at us for no reason.

i fake headache and well, i really had an injured leg (been limping for two days) so I got to rest and be sadistic.

Interclass karaoke competion today. I wasn't one of those singers or performers so the first two hours of preparation was slack for me. Joanne, Grace, Zhixin, Bridget and me played scissorspaperstone and loser had to do forfeit. Luck is with me today and i keep putting paper sign so yeah, I didnt do forfeit at all. Joanne had to do her Guides stretch (hilarious!), Zhixin her cheerleading tryout moves and Grace did footdrill (with me joanne and zhixin keep 'scolding' her for not having a 90 degrees)

Then recess for one hour which i spent at shaw lab playing games.

And the next two hours is the competition. Some classes performance are hilarious. I don't like the barbie song. It sounds slutty.
